
Xiaomi will unveil the ‘X’ series in India on April 23.
Alongside Mi 11 Ultra, Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi announced on Monday that it was ready to unveil its flagship X series in India on April 23. The company confirmed the news via press invitations to an event. CEO Manu Kumar Jain also wrote on Twitter that the flagship series is coming to India.
“Mi Fans, Xcited the flagship ‘X’ series is coming to #India!” the CEO tweeted. According to GSMArena, the Mi X series will include the rebranding of the Redmi K40 and K40 Pro, recently launched in China, under the name Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro.
Both smartphones feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphones are powered by the Snapdragon 800 series chipset and house a 4,520mAh battery with charging support. fast 33W.
Redmi K40 comes in four storage variants while the K40 Pro comes in three variants. The K40 contains a 48 MP main sensor, while the K40 Pro has a 64 MP main sensor. Both smartphones have a 20MP selfie camera. Last month, the Chinese smartphone maker unveiled its first foldable smartphone, Mi Mix Fold.
The device has a flexible 8.01-inch WQHD (Wide Quad High Definition) + resolution internal display and a 6.52-inch AMOLED display as the front display that offers 90Hz refresh rate, 180 Hz touch sampling and HD + resolution. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and 5020mAh battery and 67W turbocharging support.
