Dubai : International Malayalam Speech Competition organized by Loka Malayalam Toastmasters House was held in UAE. Participants came from India, US, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman. The event, which took place on an online platform, featured an international talk, a speech review contest, a humorous speech contest, and a live talk.
Poet V. Madhusoodanan Nair, Prof. George Onakkoor was the chief guest. Tejas Toastmasters Club UAE’s Bobby Abraham won the International Speech and Anoop Anil Devan won the Live Speech Competition. Mohanachandran (Ananthapuri Toastmasters Club India) won the speech review competition and Amina Racine (FCC Women’s Toastmasters Club Qatar) won the humorous speech competition.
The winners were honored with a certificate. Deepa Surendran, Anil Vidyadharan, Sapphire Mohammad, Viji John, Biju Nair and Shanil Palliyil led the program. Congratulations to Manoj Vasudevan, winner of the World Toastmasters International Speech Competition.
