When Hema Malini opened up about her relationship with Dharmendra’s sons Sunny and Bobby Deol

When Dharmendra married Hema in 1980, he was already married and the father of four children – sons Sunny and Bobby and daughters Vijeta and Ajeita Deol.

Upon learning of this, a slightly drunk Dharmendra, accompanied by Jeetendra’s girlfriend, Shobha, arrived in Chennai to prevent the wedding from taking place.

Hema had once revealed that after their marriage, she hadn’t spent much time with Dharmendra. Speaking to Spotboye, she said, “I don’t think I want to change anything. I haven’t had enough time to spend with Dharam ji since my marriage. But it is okay. The time we spend together is precious. And I make it my duty not to crib. Yeh kyon nahin kiya, woh kyon nahin kiya (Why didn’t you do this or that)… why are you late? … I don’t waste my time with my loved ones complaining.

Dharmendra spends much of her time on her farm near Mumbai while her families live in Mumbai.
