Thiruvananthapuram: Senior journalist and The Hindu Kerala bureau chief S. Anil Radhakrishnan (54) passed away. He died of a heart attack at his KRAC-32 Sati home on Kuravankonam Market Road. Kawadiar was the secretary of the Residents Association. In 1992, he started working in the Mumbai bureau of the Trust of India (PTA). In 1997, he joined The Thiruvananthapuram bureau of The Hindu. He has published numerous reports on the development of finance, tourism and transport. He was the District President and Secretary of the Kerala Journalists’ Union for a long time. He is the son of the late Radhakrishnan Nair and Sati Devi. Wife: S.S. Sindhu (Cottonhill School Teacher). Son: Narayan (Reliance Petroleum Gujarat). Burial will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Peace Gate. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan offered condolences on the death of Anil Radhakrishna. In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that Anil Radhakrishnan was a person who upheld the values of media work.
