Yesterday, Kartik Aaryan took to his Instagram to inform us that he had tested positive for COVID-19. Even though the actor is asymptomatic, he is in contact with his doctors and is at home in quarantine. The actor underwent the routine test on the sets of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 where he tested positive for the virus. Needless to say, filming was stopped and those on set would also be tested.

Tabu to undergo COVID-19 test after Kartik Aaryan tests positive while shooting with him yesterday

According to the sources, Tabu, who toured with Kartik yesterday, will be tested with Kiara Advani, or they may have already. Anees Bazmee will also undergo the test to make sure he’s okay. Filming for the film had only recently started after a lot of effort, but it looks like there will be more delays. The team was on hiatus for two days as some colors needed to be changed on the sets, but they had to resume work from Wednesday.

Kartik Aaryan had maintained all protocols and would have a person behind him with his disinfection kit. The source also revealed that Kartik comes from a family of doctors and will be in contact with them.
