According to a statement released by district officials here, he has a habit of giving unrealistic advice and indigenous prescriptions to people to protect themselves from COVID-19.

He tested positive for COVID-19 at a special camp organized by health teams at the Lalton Kalan bus stop, where samples from commuters were taken.

Following the reluctance shown by the snake charmer, health teams with the help of local police took his sample and he tested positive for the virus.

After confirmation, health teams directed him to home isolation.
