Richa Arora leaves Tata Consumer Products, Deepika Bhan takes over

Tata Consumer Products (TCP) announced the appointment of Deepika Bhan as the new President of the Company – Packaged Foods, India, effective April 27, 2021. Bhan succeeds Richa Arora who has made the decision to leave the company.

Bhan joins TCP after leaving Hindustan Unilever where she was Global Brand Director, Haircare for South Asia. During her career, she has held various positions in sales, customer marketing, media, brand and categories / P&L, during which she led large brand and portfolio teams. She has also worked with PepsiCo and Tata Motors.

On the occasion of this appointment, Sunil D’Souza, Managing Director and CEO of Tata Consumer Products, said: “We are delighted to welcome Deepika on board to lead our food portfolio. We aspire to grow this business through agility, innovation and strengthening our brands, and Deepika will guide us through this exciting growth phase.
