Mumbai: Petrol price crossed Rs 105 per liter in Mumbai on Friday. The price in Mumbai is Rs 105.24. Diesel price is also approaching Rs 100. The price on Friday was Rs 96.72 per liter. In eight state capitals, petrol prices have crossed Rs 100 a liter.
In Delhi, petrol was priced at Rs 99.16 per liter on Friday. 89.18 for diesel and Rs. In Bengaluru, petrol costs Rs 102.48 and diesel Rs 98.54. In Chennai too, the price has crossed Rs 100. The rate on Friday was Rs 100.13. 93.72 for diesel and Rs. In Kolkata, a liter of petrol costs Rs 99.04 and diesel Rs 92.03.
In Thiruvananthapuram, petrol price touched Rs 100.79. Diesel price is Rs 95.74. Petrol and diesel prices have risen by 10 per cent in the last two months.
