Kohli dropped; Former Indian cricketer’s World XI

Mumbai: India captain Virat Kohli has been dropped from the Cricket World XI. Kohli has been dropped from former Indian cricketer and commentator Aakash Chopra’s world squad. Following New Zealand’s victory in the Test series, World Team Aakash Chopra was nominated against New Zealand.

Aakash Chopra’s team consists of three Indians. Rohit Sharma was named the opener. Rohit’s co – opener is Sri Lanka’s Dimuth Karunaratne. In third place was Australia’s Mars Labuschain Padney.

Chopra’s team is England ‘s Joe Root at number four. India skipper Virat Kohli and Pakistan ODI captain Babur Assam have been ruled out. Fifth will be played by Australia’s Steven Smith.

In sixth place is Ben Stotox. Jason dismissed Holder and Ravindra Jadeja. Rishabh will be the seventh wicket-keeper. R Ashwin is the lone spinner in the team.

Pat Cummins, Stuart Broad and Josh Hazlewood are the other fast bowlers in the squad. Akash Chopra’s World XI captain is England all-rounder Joe Root.
