A month after giving birth to her second child, Kareena Kapoor Khan was seen back on the sets of a show called Star Vs Food. Kareena filmed for a special episode in which she will be seen cooking pizza from scratch. In the episode, she will reveal that during her pregnancy, she craved pizza and pasta the most.
“So basically like during pregnancy I had, it was just like a constant craving for pizza and pasta. It was just weird all over my two boys, ”Kareena said. When asked who in his family is in charge of the cooking, the Jab We Met actor replied, “Taimur and Saif love it; they love to be in the kitchen and I’m kind of responsible for the music. They love to listen to good jazz music, ”adding that while the whole world was cooking or learning new recipes, at her home it was Saif who experimented a lot with food.
Kareena also shared her family’s passion for food: “Every time we sit down at a table I feel like we are part of this old Italian family, we scream. We eat, drink, laugh because food is something that should bring you joy.
During the episode, the 40-year-old is seen having a frank conversation with her friends Tanya, Shibani and Anshuka. In a short conversation with her, she’ll open up about the three things she takes to her bed, but she has a weird answer to that.
In response to their question, Bebo, as she is affectionately known, will reply, “A bottle of wine, pajamas and Saif Ali Khan.”
The actor shared the show’s teaser earlier this week. Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Kareena wrote: “Anyone who knows the Kapoor clan knows how much we love to eat! Glad to finally be able to share a preview of #StarVsFood from @ discoveryplusin. It was love at first sight for me to create the mouthwatering pizza. Thank you Chef Sarita Pereira for your patience! You were wonderful!”
Star Vs Food, which premieres on Discovery + on April 15, will also host Karan Johar, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor and Pratik Gandhi. On the work side, Kareena will be seen in Laal Singh Chaddha, which is slated for Christmas release this year.
