Thiruvananthapuram: Actor and MP Suresh Gopi reacts harshly to the events in the life of Vismaya who was found hanging in her husband’s house after dowry abuse. His response was at the Manorama News counterpoint.

He strongly criticized the idea of giving dowry more than buying dowry. He also shared the information that Vismaya’s brother called Vijith and spoke to him.
‘When I called Vijith, the body was taken for post-mortem. I asked Vijith and left. How many people are tapping my number and calling. Call one of mine before making this decision, if that kid said so. I would have taken the car and gone to that house and grabbed his punch and I would have called him with two bursts. I wish I could see what comes after that .. ‘, said Suresh Gopi.
He said there should be cultural groups in every panchayat to prevent such incidents from happening again in the state.
