I have no problem: Vidya Balan speaks Malayalam to Prithviraj

Video of face time chat between Vidya Balan and Prithviraj Sukumaran is gaining attention. The reunion was in connection with the promotion of their new releases, Cold Case and Shirney. Both films were released through Amazon Prime.

Prithviraj and Vidya co-starred in the 2011 film Urumi directed by Santosh Sivan. Vidya starts the interview by talking to Prithviraj in Malayalam. Prithviraj said that there is nothing wrong with Vidya Balan’s Malayalam and the shooting moments in Urumi are coming to mind now.

When Vidya says that nothing has changed since Urumi, Prithviraj says that she still remembers all the songs she acted in in the song “Rain Soaking Movement Movement”.

Shirney, directed by Amit Masurkar, plays the role of a forest officer. The film also stars Mukul Chadha, Sarath Saxena, Vijay Ras, Neeraj Kabi and Brijendra Kala. The film is being produced by T-Series and Abundandia Entertainment.

Cold Case, directed by Tanu Balak and starring Prithviraj, was released on June 30. Prithviraj played the role of ACP Satyajit, a police officer in the suspense crime thriller.
