Now the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has taken to Twitter to share his condolences to Vivek.

Vivek has appeared in over 150 Tamil-language films and his on-screen presence takes a film to the next level. Vivek was good at delivering thoughtful social messages in a humorous style. Vivek suffered a heart attack yesterday at the location of his next movie and was admitted to hospital. Prayers then started pouring in and many wished to see him again. However, sadly, the iconic actor passed away in the wee hours of the morning.
