New Delhi: The Central government has sent special teams to six states where the Kovid overpopulation has hit hard. The team was sent to Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Manipur. The move comes as the state has one of the worst Kovid outbreaks in the country.
At the national level, the situation is dire in some states, including Kerala, despite the rapid decline in Kovid. Kerala currently has the highest number of patients. According to figures released by the Union Health Ministry this morning, 46,617 people have been newly diagnosed with the disease in the country. 58,384 people were cured. 853 people died during this period. At the same time, 11,564 people in Kerala were newly infected. It is estimated that 124 people died. National daily TPR fell to 1.67 percent. The weekly average is 2.57%. But in Kerala it is 10.3%.
