NEW DELHI: At the start of the Covid-19 vaccination campaign, fewer beneficiaries than expected attended the vaccination sessions due to transient technical problems in the Co-WIN portal, reluctance to vaccination, etc., which caused gradually been treated, Rajya Sabha was informed on Monday.
