Renowned music composer Shravan Rathod, Nadeem-Shravan, is said to be ‘very critical’ after testing positive for Covid-19. The musician was hospitalized a few days ago after testing positive for the virus.
The singer’s son, Sanjeev Rathod, spoke to indianexpress.com about his father’s diagnosis. “Yes, he tested positive for Covid-19 and is admitted to SL Raheja Hospital in Mahim, he is very critical because he also has other comorbidities. Please pray for him, ”he said.
While working with Nadeem, Shravan recorded a number of hits in the 90s. They composed music for films such as Aashiqui, Saajan, Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahin, Sadak and Deewana, among others.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in India has crossed the 1.50 crore mark with around 25 lakh cases added in just 15 days. The national count of COVID-19 cases has risen to 1.50,61,919 with a record one-day increase of 2.73,810 coronavirus infections. India also reported 1,619 deaths, a new record today.
Maharashtra, Delhi and Karnataka saw the biggest one-day increase in the past 24 hours. Maharashtra recorded 68,631 infections, Delhi 25,462 new cases while Karnataka recorded a peak of 19,067 cases.
