Coal India Ltd: The board of directors of the state-owned company has approved 32 coal mining projects in the current fiscal year (through January), indicating additional capital of approximately 47,300 crore.

BEML Ltd: Shares of the company gained more than 18% on Monday as new reports suggested increased competition among several players to buy the government’s 26% stake in the company.

Kotak Mahindra Bank: The board of directors of the lender will meet on March 12 to decide on the payment of the dividend on 1.00,00,00,000, 8.10% non-convertible perpetual preferred shares with a non-cumulative dividend with a par value of 5 each, he said in a regulatory filing.

SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd: SBI Card said it plans to raise until 2000 crore through the issuance of debt securities in one or more tranches. The company’s board of directors will vote on the proposal on March 12.
