Boat on Tuesday launched a smartwatch, called Boat Flash Watch, expanding its line of wearable products. The company notes that the Flash Watch has a 33mm LCD screen for the convenience of users who won’t have to squint to see what Boat Flash’s round dial is displaying. The Boat Flash Watch features SpO2, which monitors the blood oxygen level in the body with a 24/7 heart rate monitor. The Boat Smartwatch also has 10 sport modes. Boat claims the Flash watch has a battery life of 7 days, with two hours of charge.
The smartwatch comes with magnetic charge, and users enjoy 15-20 days of standby time. The Boat Flash watch has an IP68 degree of protection and can be used for intense workouts as it is resistant to dust, water and perspiration. The Flash smartwatch will have six watch faces so that users can take advantage of organized controls to control music and the camera. The company notes that the Boat Flash smartwatch houses a 200mAh battery and works on Bluetooth v 5.0 and Bluetooth works within 10m.
