State Bank of India (SBI) clients may face digital transaction issues for a few hours on Sunday (April 4). The SBI is going to be upgrading its internet banking platform on Sunday and that is the reason people may encounter some issues when banking online today evening.

The bank said that due to the service upgrade, internet banking, YONO, YONO Lite (YONO Lite) and UPI apps will not be available for two hours today.

The bank informs that on April 4, the service upgrade work will be carried out from 3:25 p.m. to 5:25 p.m. Due to this upgrade, SBI customers will not be able to enjoy the online installation for 2 hours. The bank has asked customers to prepay online transactions related to their bank. The bank also called on people not to trust any fake websites similar to SBI’s name and to click on https://bank.sbi for the correct information.

The SBI that cyber crooks upload fake customer service numbers on behalf of SBI on Google. When an SBI client calls on these numbers, the cyber crooks request personal information and OTP and withdraw the money from the account of the SBI clients. The bank has told its customers not to trust these fake numbers and if there is a problem, call the toll-free number 1800 11 2211, 1800 425 3800 or 080 26599990 from SBI only.
