Bahrain tightens Kovid restrictions – NEWS 360 – WORLD


Manama: Bahrain with a new alert level traffic light project as part of the Kovid defense. Based on the Kovid test positivity rate and other cases, the system divides the country into four categories: green, yellow, orange and red. According to the National Medical Task Force on Kovid Prevention, new regulations and exemptions will now apply to each area based on this color code. If the average test positivity rate is less than two percent for 14 consecutive days, the green level is seven and for seven consecutive days the average TPR is between two and five. If the average TPR for four consecutive days is between five and eight, the orange level. If the average TPR for three consecutive days is above eight, it will be included in the red level. The new signal system came into effect from yesterday.
