Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of technical and non-technical apprentices at its locations in the States and Union Territory of West India.
Eligible and interested candidates can apply online for IOCL Recruitment 2021 on the official iocl.com website no later than March 7, 2021. A total of 346 vacancies are available in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa and Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

Eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Apprentice Technician – 3-year degree in a relevant field from a recognized institute / university with a minimum of 50% total marks for General and OBC applicants and 45% in the case of SC / ST applicants against reserved positions.
- Professional Apprentice – Applicant must have a certificate of registration with regular full-time ITI recognized by the NCVT / SCVT.
- Professional Apprentice (Accountant): Applicant must be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% total marks for General and OBC applicants and 45% in the case of SC / ST / PwBD applicants for positions reserved from a recognized institute / university.
- Trainee Trainee – Data Entry Operator (Qualified Certificate Holders): The candidate must have passed the 12th Class or its equivalent with the Competency Certificate holder in “ National Data Entry Operator.
- Professional Apprentice – Retail Sales Associate (Qualified Certificate Holders) – Applicant must have passed Grade 12. In addition, candidates must have a certificate of competence of “Retail Trainee Associate” for training of less than one year.

Age limit:
- Minimum age limit – 18 years old on 02/28/2021.
- Maximum age limit – 24 years old on 02/28/2021.
Training period:
12 months for all disciplines
Selection procedure:
- The selection will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates for the written test and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.
- The written test will be 100 points.
Treatment:
The apprentice will receive a monthly allowance in accordance with the Apprenticeship Act, 1961/1973 / Apprentices Rules 1992 (as amended) and company guidelines.
