Apple AirPods 3 makes the leak showcase its design; expected to launch later this month

The Apple AirPods line has been very successful and generates billions of dollars in revenue for the company. To keep the momentum going, the Cupertino-based giant continues to introduce new models.

Now, Apple is preparing to launch the third generation of AirPods, aka AirPods 3. If reports are to be believed, the company is expected to officially launch them at an event later this month, likely on March 23.

Ahead of launch, we got our hands on a new set of AirPods 3 renderings from vendors. The design shown in the renderings is probably the final version that will be released to the marketplace for anyone to purchase.

The design is roughly in line with previous render leaks, resembling the design of the AirPods Pro. It looks like the AirPods 3 will have a shorter stem and come with replaceable ear tips, similar to what we’ve seen with the company’s AirPods Pro.

Next-gen AirPods may also support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). In that case, Apple will have something major to offer with the next-gen AirPods Pro to justify the “Pro” tag and higher prices.

If recent reports are to be believed, then along with the AirPods 3, the company is expected to launch the second generation AirPods Pro as well. In addition to these true wireless headphones, Apple will also be launching new iPad models.
